KeniaHealth Nederland is opgericht in januari 2017.
De stichting heeft als doel de gezondheidszorg in Kenia te bevorderen, te verbeteren en te professionaliseren. Zij doet dit onder meer door het verwerven en aanwenden van fondsen en het bevorderen van onderzoek op het gebied van de gezondheidszorg.
De gezondheidszorg in Kenia staat op niet zo’n hoog niveau en hoe verder je bij de 
hoofdstad Nairobi vandaan komt, des te slechter worden de medische faciliteiten. KeniaHealth ondersteunt daarom initiatieven door Kenianen en voor Kenianen waarmee kwalitatief goede gezondheidszorg in Kenia voor een breed publiek betaalbaar is en toegankelijk wordt. KeniaHealth doet dat door in Nederland fondsen te werven en medische apparatuur en hulpmiddelen te verkrijgen en te verschepen.

Welcome to the website of foundation KenyaHealth the Netherlands. This foundation was founded in January 2017.
The foundation aims to promote, improve and professionalize healthcare in Kenya. We do this for example by acquiring and using funds and promoting research in the field of healthcare.
The healthcare in Kenya has a different quality in comparison with what we receive in Europe. The further you get from the capital Nairobi, the worse the medical facilities become. Kenyahealth therefore supports initiatives by Kenyans and for Kenyans that make high-quality healthcare affordable and accessible to a wide public. This is done by raising funds, acquiring and shipping medical aids & equipment to Kenya.
